Lumpkin Georgia City Council
Flossie Brown is a life-long native of Lumpkin, Georgia and graduated from Lumpkin High School. She was elected by the citizens of Post 1 in 2010 to serve as Council woman. Flossie has served my community for eight years and hopes to continue to serve the community in the upcoming years. She retired from the Muscogee County School District in 2011 but continues to serve her community as a loyal bus driver for the Stewart County School System. Flossie's motto is: “Working together can make a difference.”
Barbara Cullefer is a life-long native of Lumpkin, Georgia. She graduated from Lumpkin High School in 1960 and she is a member of Lumpkin Baptist Church. Barbara has served as Council woman for 11 years. She retired from the Stewart County School System in 2004 and she hopes to continue to serve the citizens of Lumpkin. Barbara's motto is: “The life you think is the life you live. Positive thoughts bring positive outcomes.”
Mitzi House was born and raised in Preston, Georgia. She graduated from Greenfield Academy in Weston, Georgia and was elected in 2016 to serve as Council woman for the citizens of Lumpkin.
Mitzi is married to Bill House and they have two children Will and Lee. Mitzi's motto is: “Standing together – we stand stronger.”
Billie Ann Mallory is a life-long native of Stewart County. She is a graduate of Stewart County High School, Georgia Southwestern University and Troy State University. She serves on the Stewart County DFCS Board. Ms. Mallory is a member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church and a Stewart County School System Retiree serving 44 years as of 2018. Billie Ann's motto is: "Believe in Progress"
